RETURN POLICY

We at Bundle Monster sincerely thank you for your order. We are dedicated in providing you high-quality products. If for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectation, you can return merchandise ordered from our website at any time within 30 days of your order date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price.

The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies to online purchases made through www.bundlemonster.com. If you have purchased our items through other channels, please contact the appropriate email/phone contacts for that particular channel.

For Exchange or Refund of Bundlemonster.com Purchases:
1. Complete the Return Form

Bundle Monster is committed to providing you high quality products. If for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectations, you can return the merchandise within 30 days of your order date for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.

Please follow the RETURN/EXCHANGE instructions here below.
Return your item(s) with a copy of your invoice and this completed Return/Exchange Form in a prepaid package using a carrier with tracking information. Bundle Monster is not responsible for return postage, lost, or mishandled items.
Please note that when returning items on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
To order an item in exchange for one you are returning, please place your order below. If your exchange requires additional payment, please select payment method.

by listing the return reason code and return quantity. If you want an exchange, please indicate the item number of the item(s) you want to exchange for.
2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in original package if possible) and include the completed return form. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

For Combo and Bundle Specials
Combo and Bundle Specials include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount.

Items sold as part of a Combo or Bundle may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable Bundlemonster.com Return Policy Period for that individual item.

If an individual Combo or Bundle item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your combo/bundle discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo/bundle in order to receive a refund.
- For example: if your combo/bundle discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount.

For Returns of Defective Items and Wrong Items Shipped:

1. Any defective item(s) or item(s) that was different from Original Invoice may be refunded or exchanged. Please email us at support@bundlemonster.com or call us at 1-800-755-1578 to request for a prepaid return label to ship the defective or wrong item back to us.
